You are responsible for Promotional lead - co-ordination lead for Spain and Portugal with WEU, providing alignment across the zone in pricing, timing, and products to be promoted with deployment to the local Retail sales team.
Provide promo guidelines while driving value creation and extraction via orchestrating promo calendar and driving promo effectiveness targets at zone level.
Key Area of Responsibilities: Promo guidelines per category and retail channel.Zone promo calendar creation.Promo plan orchestration, performance, and effectiveness assessment/report out.Distribution targeting, tooling, tracking & report out.OLE targeting, tooling, tracking & report out.ISE targeting, tooling, tracking & report out.Voice of 'external reality' - recommendations for improvement on promo calendar & planning with focus on super peak and peak moments.You are a part of the Trade marketing team in Iberia and report to the Shopper Marketing Lead - Iberia.
To succeed in this role, you'll need: A degree in marketing/business management (preferred).3-5 years of previous experience in sales, consumer, or shopper marketing.Excellent command of written & spoken English and Spanish.Strong stakeholder management skills.
