You are responsible forPromotional lead - co-ordination lead for Spain and Portugal with WEU providing alignment across the zone in pricing, timing and products to be promoted with deployment to the local Retail sales team.Provide promo guidelines while driving value creation and extraction via orchestrating promo calendar and driving promo effectiveness targets at zone level.Sets or translates the right and relevant zone strategy as well as targets for distribution, promotion, Instore Excellence (ISE) and Online Excellence (OLE).Maintains strong collaboration between consumer marketing and sales by understanding customer needs, requirements, consumer & shopper behaviors, as well as category strategies to achieve POS excellence with a win-win mindset.Key Area of ResponsibilitiesPromoPromo guidelines per category and retail channel.Zone promo calendar creation.Promo plan orchestration, performance and effectiveness assessment/report out.Shopper FoundationsDistribution targeting, tooling, tracking & report out.OLE targeting, tooling, tracking & report out.ISE targeting, tooling, tracking & report out.Voice of "external reality"What is working / not working / recommendations for improvement on:
Promo calendar & planning with focus on super peak and peak moments.Promo effectiveness.You are a part ofThis role will be part of the Trade marketing team in Iberia and reports to Shopper Marketing Lead - Iberia.
