SHE Specialist - CoC Safety & Ergonomic 1 Support ensuring compliance for general occupational safety topics and issues on a global level
Conducting risk assessments for global Health & Safety issues and developing appropriate measures
Conduct on-site tracking of compliance with internal guidelines and standards
Conducted central SHE audits to ensure a uniform level and quality
Supporting the implementation of the central BAT requirements within the framework of the management systems
Support in the further development of the management systems and their adaptation to regional needs
Developing global Health & Safety standards
Supporting the implementation of ergonomic measures and global ergonomic programs
Ensuring timely reporting of SHE key figures
Your Personality Safety engineer or safety technician, technical engineer title in combination with state or internationally recognized occupational health and safety training courses
Very good language skills in English, both written and spoken, including technical vocabulary
Analytical and objective thinking and consistent behavior, ability to handle complex and multiple tasks
Team player and willingness to travel to work on issues in the field, open-minded towards foreign cultures and approaches to solutions
Professional experience min. 3 years, knowledge and experience in the implementation of occupational health and safety topics, good knowledge of machine safety and related standards and norms, good knowledge of risk assessment methodologies in connection with international approaches, knowledge in ergonomics and related tools & methodologies, qualification as an internal ISO 45001 auditor
