Your Impact: As a Business Operations Analyst at Deliverect, you will help drive operational excellence through various operational functions in the company.
You will be streamlining workflows, enhancing data integrity, and optimising the use of platforms used by our internal teams, helping teams to identify opportunities and improve performance.
Collaborating with management and stakeholders, you will provide actionable insights, manage key projects, and foster efficiency across the business.
A Typical Day: Support various Commercial teams by helping to streamline and improve operational processes, workflows, and systems.Utilise strong knowledge of Hubspot to oversee the improvement of Marketing, Partnerships & Sales processes from lead capture to attribution, as well as optimising lead & account management processes.Drive improvements to how we leverage data across Deliverect systems, maintaining data quality and cleanliness, and overseeing data compliance processes.Collaborate with management and senior stakeholders to understand their operational needs and provide assistance or valuable insights as needed.Take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions.Conduct training sessions to educate other departments on new processes or system updates.Use data evaluation and strategic thinking to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions for process enhancements.Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Your Expertise: Proven experience with Go-to-market or Marketing Operations.Well-versed in Marketing Operations (lead management and attribution, account-based marketing, best practices in campaign execution, and marketing KPI reporting).Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Planhat and/or Hubspot preferred).Experience working with SaaS/B2B tech companies is highly desirable.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.
