We are looking for a Python Developer/ Data Engineer to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment. Join the Acronis Cyber Protect team and contribute to building applications that simplify and automate remote administration, ensure robust protection, and monitor the health of computer systems and devices for businesses of all sizes. Our primary development language is C/C++, but we are actively transitioning to Golang for new applications. Experience with Golang is a significant advantage, and we encourage candidates eager to learn and grow their skills in this language.
WHAT YOU'LL DOParticipate in the design and development of software using C/C++ or Golang.Implement functional and unit tests for your solutions.Write software and operational documentation.Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met.Collaborate closely with the product team and QA to deliver high-quality software to end users.WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)2+ years of relevant software development experience.Strong knowledge of C++14 or higher.Proficiency in developing multi-threaded network applications.Experience with the Boost framework.Familiarity with Git and CMake.Ability to write cross-platform code for Windows and Unix systems.Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with SQLite.Experience with command-line scripting languages (e.g., bat, sh).Strong team collaboration skills and ability to communicate across teams.Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation in English.PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Docker.Familiarity with creating RESTful applications and designing with RAML.Knowledge of WinAPI and COM technologies.Basic experience with Golang or Python.Advanced understanding of Unix-like systems.Familiarity with Jira/Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.*Please submit your CV and application in English.
