Tareas: Accelerating our company's growth through the delivery of direct sales.Achieve Customer Success Team objectives, measured by monthly milestones and closing of sales, while nurturing customer confidence to reach new opportunities.Analysing, prospecting and identifying new acquisition channels and sales opportunities.Collaborate with our consultants team to ensure a great impact.Creative mind to challenge status quo and try out of the box solutions to generate results and growth for the team.Strong business personality with motivation from exceeding business targets and reaching excellence.A flexible problem solver with a positive mindset able to manage ambiguity and change in a fast-moving company.Requisitos: At least 5 years of demonstrated hands-on work experience in B2B sales for a consulting firm, prospecting, and nurturing relationships with CEOs, General Managers, and CHRO/HR Directors.Previous customer base of CEOs, General Managers, and CHRO/HR Directors to introduce ActioGlobal as a trusted partner to execute their strategies through our patented, high-impact model.
