Together, we can provide people with the education and diabetes management tools they need to help them make better choices every day and live active, healthy lives.As the SFE Manager, you will play a KEY role in charge of Salesforce Effectiveness and reporting for IBIGSA, country market environments and business models to assess current performance and continuously develop sound commercial & recommendations that maximize the regional commercial objectives, create synergies, and enhance our overall business processes.What You'll Do PlanningTrack effectiveness, train, support and ensure adoption of the CRM (salesforce.Com) application across sales team. Act as the first line of contact to manage field force requests, queries, troubleshooting and technical issues related to salesforce.ComThe SFE will be the responsible for current CRM and new Veeva project in all IBIGSA countries. Ensuring a national customer database is in place profiling customers against potential for business. Support to the Commercial EMEAP Team to the implementation of the new CRM
