Position: Brand Manager EMEA (m/w/d)

The position of Brand Manager will be responsible for ensuring alignment to the global brand across the (Americas/EMEA/Asia-Pacific) region, while overseeing a consistent expression of the brand message. This role reports to the Director of Brand Management and supports Arrow's Global Marketing and Branding initiatives by providing governance for the use of the brand message and related assets.
You'll collaborate with our social media team, outside agencies, and others across the organization to produce industry-leading branding materials and provide guidance on executing the global brand. Other projects may include events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns. This role is a key brand messenger within the company aiming to bring the Arrow brand to life and ensure the message is relevant, consistent, and engaging to both internal and external audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide governance and guidance to ensure a consistent global brand message across all internal and external communication, ensuring the (Americas/EMEA/Asia-Pacific) regions are consistent with the brand vision, position, and strategy.Maintain branding guidelines, organize quarterly updates, and oversee the development of additional guidelines as needed.Ensure that the global branding guidelines are adopted and adhered to across the (Americas/EMEA/Asia-Pacific) regions.Work collaboratively with business units and corporate teams to develop brand initiatives and manage brand building programs, demonstrating Arrow's brand in action.Manage Arrow's digital asset management platform, maintain the internal online brand merchandise store, and organize a brand education and training program for business regions and employees.Work closely with internal marketing groups and functions to support business priorities and objectives, and onboard and manage external advertising and design agencies or 3rd party creative resources.Proactively look for opportunities to embed brand messaging and brand assets in the region including facilities, campaigns, and other marketing and sales initiatives.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.Min. 6 years of successful brand management.Fortune 500 company experience or working in complex, global, matrixed reporting organizations preferred.Strategic mindset and creative thinker with strong project management abilities.
