About the Company- A leading international company in the distribution of plastic raw materials is seeking to fill a permanentCustomer Serviceposition in Alicante.
The headquarters is located in the city center, and the position is on-site.
Working hours are from 08:30 to 17:30.About the Role- Your role will involve supporting both our sales representatives and customers, while also acting as an intermediary with the logistics team.
The position provides international service, so fluency in English is essential, and a second language (advanced level) will be highly valued: Portuguese, German, Polish, Italian, or French.
Advanced proficiency in computer systems is required, as we use our own internal software.Required Skills:At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, and logistics, with the ability to manage stressful situations.
