Role PurposeThe Service & Solutions Manager will have the responsibility for Medical Device Services & Solutions programs development and implementation, to deliver an excellent execution.
The individual will lead all aspects of the infield leadership, implementation planning, and prioritization of our Service & Solution offering, namely Patient Pathway, Operating Room Optimisation, Hospital Logistics, & Surgical Excellence.
The incumbent will work in highly committed teams, made up of execution-focused individuals with the following responsibilities & skills:
Key areas of responsibilityPartner with the Business Franchises to plan, develop, deliver and implement Strategic Account Partnerships and services & solutions programs.Accountable for supporting strategic growth through the deployment of Service & Solution programs.Design Excellence: Requirement to deliver good judgment throughout project procurement, development, and execution, as well as sound decision making within the limitations imposed by budget, scope and schedule.Lean management: Utilization of Lean tools to improve business processes.
Identify areas to increase performance and decrease process variation helping lead to defect reduction and improvement in profits, employee morale, and quality of products or services.Organizational Change: Prepare, empower, and support individuals to successfully accept change to drive organizational success and outcomes.Facilitation: Move groups of people through meetings, planning sessions, or training, and successfully achieving a specific goal.Diagnose, connect, implement, track, and communicate program goals, objectives and outcomes.
