As a ServiceNow Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become proficient in the field of ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities:
Participate in an intensive training program focused on ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement ServiceNow functionalities.
Document processes, procedures, and solutions for future references.
Attend webinars, workshops, and community events to stay informed about new features and best practices.
Actively pursue and achieve ServiceNow certifications.
Stay up to date with the latest developments and updates in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
Strong foundation in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX).
Foundational knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including its applications and modules.
High motivation and enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous exposure to ServiceNow through internships, coursework, or personal projects.
Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL framework.
Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
