Our IT Service Management unit is currently growing, and your experience as a ServiceNow Architect is just what we are looking for This role will be initially focused on designing the Order Management and Delivery processes and flows in ServiceNow leveraging the OM and SPM products. In this project: You will join to the Digital Transformation area of a global company specialized in the development of Saas technology for the travel industry The Solution Architect will be working within a small team of solution specialists and will be the technical expert supporting Business Analysts and a senior developer. What will be your responsibilities? The ServiceNow Solution Architect is a key role, supporting a core team of experienced SN Business Analysts and process experts whose mandate is to design an end to end, order to delivery, flow in ServiceNow. Their day-to-day activities include: Participating in design workshops and supporting BAs and developers. Transforming proposals into concrete implementations to showcase product capabilities and limitations Delivering and partially implementing process and feature designs focusing on minimizing the level of customizations Advocating and leveraging best practices in architecture , design and development to the rest of the team. Designing ServiceNow OM and SPM implementations . ? Technical & Functional Experience: 8 years Hands-on ServiceNow 3 years on OM, SPM is a plus. Excellent knowledge of Order Management, SPM, Service Catalog definition and setup with practical experiences. Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB…). Experience of integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub) Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer Excellent product roadmap awareness Experience with Application and Data model designs Good knowledge of CSDM What can we offer you?
