WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ?
Completed degree in Information Technology or equivalentAt least 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow administration and development and at least 2 years as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Technical ArchitectExperience coordinating and working in cross-functional teamsStrong requirements-gathering experienceExcellent spoken and written English language skills and Spanish nice to have WHAT WILL YOU DO? Contribute to governance processes giving direction for new innovative technologies for the ServiceNow environmentFocus on the creation of the project portfolio and solution roadmaps based on a clear understanding of business requirements as well as technology and industry driversEnsure that BI architectural governance is up to date by reviewing and approving all demands and changesAct as a scout for innovation and run Proof of Concepts (PoCs) including the preparation of cost-benefit evaluationsOptimize existing technologies for the digital age with a focus on stability, scalability, and cost-effectivenessProvide technical leadership and participate in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platformIdentify opportunities to combine similar solution needs into reusable building blocksStay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologiesHost Design Authority meetings to review technical solutions and approve themDevelop Visio diagrams and high-level architecture documentsKeep a check on instance performance, security, user interface, and propose improvements to improve end-user experience WHY US? Interviews: (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
