What are we looking for? For our specialized team, we are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect, with the possibility of working 100% remotely from Spain. You are passionate about enabling the rapid delivery of high-quality software and putting automation at the heart of what you do.
You show an active interest in understanding the business domain and can contribute to all phases of value delivery: from requirements analysis to story writing to ensuring the quality of the final delivery. You enjoy working with developers and business analysts to fine-tune requirements, define test strategies and test cases, and help drive a shift-left agenda through the whole team.
Work location: 100% remote, within Spain.
Travel requirements: Occasional travel to Nice, France.
What will be your functions/activities? Within this team, the ServiceNow Solution Architects will be responsible for the following activities:
Define policy & standards Architecture principles, Integration standards, Release management, etc.Put in place tools and methods to enforce and monitor them.Drive the design, development, and support of ServiceNow solutions, employing best practices in architecture, design, development, and deployment while minimizing customizations.Oversee and actively participate in complex implementations, identify improvement areas, and propose action plans.Liaise with ServiceNow Platform architects and drive the internal ServiceNow community.Keep up to date with ServiceNow product evolutions, carefully assess the impact on the existing, raise alerts, and propose improvements leveraging the latest evolutions.Mentor and support our ServiceNow developers and define technical upskilling paths for the team.Play a pivotal role between a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders: business stakeholders, developers, functional SMEs, ServiceNow consultants, and customers to ensure implementation success and foster end-user adoption.Technical requirements & experience: Experience working in a large cross-functional team environment.Expertise in Portal management and customization (CSM or EC).Good knowledge of the CMDB and the CSDM framework and its implementation.Extensive experience of integrations with 3rd party tools.Top-level technical expertise updated with recent evolutions (UI Builder, Flow Designer...).Ability to challenge and be challenged to reach the best implementation solution.Proven experience in understanding & capturing business requirements, streamlining complex business/IT processes, and large-scale SN deployments using Agile methodologies.Knowledge of the SN product roadmap and evolutions; a passion for the product is a plus!Active ServiceNow certifications (CIS level is a minimum).Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, co-creation mindset.Curiosity, open-mindedness, and ability to influence and convince but also rethink and reposition when required.Ability to identify, prioritize, and weigh different options while balancing business, cost, and technology priorities to identify the best solution.Confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds.What can we offer? 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!Numerous benefits (Health Care Plan, teleworking compensation, Life and Accident Insurance).'Retribución Flexible' Program: (Meals, Kinder Garden, Transport, online English lessons, Health Care Plan).Free access to several training platforms.Professional stability and career plans.UST also compensates referrals from which you could benefit when you refer professionals.The option to pick between 12 or 14 payments throughout the year.Real Work Life Balance measures (flexibility, WFH, or remote work policy).UST Club Platform discounts and gym access discounts.UST is waiting for you!
