As a ServiceNow developer, you are implementing the technical solutions to enable our services and handle their integration with end users, providers and vendors.Your tasks and responsibilities:You ensure the timely development of tested solutions (functional testing).Identifying & analyzing issues, bugs, defects, and other challenges, particularly when problems recur.You are documenting the developed solutions and the error handling as Knowledge articles.You are collaborating with an international set up of Testers, Business Analysts, Business Stakeholders.You will support the troubleshooting, testing and documentation of your solutions.You follow the best practices and standards for the ServiceNow platform and ensure the quality, security and performance of your solutions.You will work closely with the business analysts, project managers and other developers to understand and meet the requirements.Your qualifications and experience:You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable.You have at least 5-7 years of IT work experience in software development.You have gathered of the past 2-4 years in at least 3 of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, SecOps, IRM/GRC.You already have very well-founded, many years of professional experience and further qualifications in this field, but no degree?
