ServiceNow ExpertLocation: Madrid, SpainYour MissionWithin the engineering organization of Kudelski Security, as a ServiceNow Expert in our Madrid office, you will be a key member of the EMEA software engineering team responsible for building and running the solutions powering our Managed Detection & Response (MDR) service, as well as the service desk and internal toolset.Your role will involve implementing, managing, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform, acting as a liaison between our Swiss headquarters and Spanish operations to facilitate seamless international collaboration.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and features based on business requirements and technical specifications.Collaborate with experts to configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including user interface design, workflows, notifications, reporting, and integrations.Gather requirements with cross-functional teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions align with business needs.Develop and implement complex automation and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications, providing root-cause analysis and recommendations.Perform regular platform maintenance, updates, and upgrades.Establish and enforce ServiceNow development best practices and quality assurance processes.Research and stay current with ServiceNow features and industry trends.Provide training and support to ServiceNow users.Participate in team software deliveries and supply first-class support to stakeholders.Create and maintain thorough documentation for ServiceNow customizations, integrations, and workflows.Be part of the 24/7 on-call rotation if needed.Requirements / ProfileYou should have:A Bachelor's degree in computer science.3+ years of experience administering and customizing ServiceNow instances.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A strong background in ServiceNow development and integration.Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and relational databases.A#J-18808-Ljbffr
