About the Role
In this role as ESM/ServiceNow DevOps Engineering Chapter Lead, you:
Will support your Chapter Members in their growth, creating an environment that fosters continuous learning and improvement.Contribute to goal setting and performance reviews and provide feedback to everyone, supporting them on their career path.Work closely with the Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Area Lead and Platform Area Lead to ensure the Product squads have the support they need.Ensure that knowledge is shared and aligned within and outside the Chapter and that members support each other in growing and delivering great work.Develop and drive product technology strategy and roadmap.Ensure balancing of short-term and long-term value creation for the business while maintaining an aligned, standardized and compliant ESM platform.Manage vendors and suppliers in scope.Ensure audit and compliance requirements are met.About the Team
As part of Swiss Re's Enterprise Group Technology Services organization, the Enterprise Service Management Platform Area team supports the Product Areas in designing, developing and operating innovative and value creating Enterprise Service Management solutions. Ensures consistency and alignment across the technical platform(s), through secondment of ESM DevOps experts to squads. Manages all involved software, solution and DevOps related vendors and suppliers. Ensures audit and compliance requirements are met.

About You Essentials: Look back on 5+ years of experience in project or solution/service management. Ideally in an IT and Enterprise Service Management context.Strong experience in working and developing with ServiceNow.Have good, applied knowledge of Agile methods, frameworks, and tools.Are willing to lead, direct, and coach chapter members including formal management authority.Are passionate and want to inspire and motivate others.Bring a continuous improvement mind-set.Experience working in a highly outsourced environment.Have excellent verbal and written English skills.
