Duties & Role:As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for:Developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing primarily on ITSM and one or more additional products, such as CSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SPM.Performing scripting and integrations using JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and other ServiceNow-specific development tools.Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure the delivery of efficient and robust solutions aligned with client requirements.Managing ServiceNow instances to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and usability.Conducting code reviews, debugging, and unit testing of solutions to maintain the highest quality standards.Providing documentation and support for deployed applications and enhancements.Ensuring best practices and standards are followed in all developments to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.Skill, Knowledge & Experience:Proficient in ServiceNow ITSM module development and configuration.Proven experience with at least one additional ServiceNow product (CSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM).Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs.Familiarity with Agile practices and frameworks such as Scrum.Knowledge of ITIL practices and other project/service management principles.Expert-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Desirable Experience and Education:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory).Additional certifications in specific ServiceNow modules or ITIL are highly valued.4+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and IT service management roles.Location: Far-Site.
