Our objective is to incorporate consultants with a base of experience in ITSM who want to develop their career in strategy and consulting areas, supporting our clients in decision making and in capturing the expected benefits. Main responsibilities: Participate in Service Governance and Management model transformation projects. Advising our clients on the organizational models to be implemented, as well as on the solutions. Incorporating new technologies (automation, AI) or new management approaches such as SIAM. Participate in the design and validation of ITSM governance solution architectures. Have a global vision of the technological environment and how it fits into the ITOM ecosystem. Align the governance and management model to changes in technology and delivery models (Cloud, FinOps, SaaS). Use market frameworks and standards as a reference and accelerator, ensuring pragmatism and value orientation. Build the business case that supports the capture of benefits in aspects such as efficiency, service levels or continuity and perform cost estimation associated with the implementation of new governance and management models. Define implementation and coexistence strategies, integrating key aspects such as change management with both internal teams and third parties. Have an insight into both technology and model trends and be part of Capgemini Invent's global Enterprise Service Management community. Requirements: Between two and six years of experience in designing and implementing of IT governance processes in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM solutions in one of the areas of IT strategy refocusing and digital transformation plans in large enterprises and complex projects. Experience in design/implementation PPM models, including tool selection. Experience in Design/Implementation of ITSM Systems: ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP ServiceManager, Jira, SolarWinds, EasyVista or others. Certification in an ITSM tool at architect or specialist level.
