In numbers, we are a team of +600 people with offices in Lisbon, Porto and Madrid .DECSKILLoperates in 3 main areas:DECSKILL TALENT,where we provide our customer with an extension of the IT teams in the technological aspects DECSKILL BOOST, a specialised development to increase capacity and optimise Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to your needs, at the desired speedDECSKILL CONNECT,where we provide our clients with consulting services, implementation and management of IT infrastructuresOur practice results in the creation of value for our clients, whether through the delivery of skilled and value-added services, skilled and motivated professionals, or through technology solutions that enable us to operate and transform our clients' businesses.In this project:This role will be initiallyfocused ondesigning the Order Management and Delivery processes and flows in ServiceNow leveraging theOM and SPM products.The Solution Architect will be working within a small team of solution specialists and will be the technical expert supporting Business Analysts and a senior developer.RESPONSABILITIES:Ensuring the strategic portfolio is aligned with business goalsby translating high level process definitions into ServiceNow low level implementation designs formalized in epics, features and user stories.Building a product and/or an implementation roadmaptaking into account the business context and the ServiceNow product deployment best practices.Organizing and leadingprocess and design workshops with business stakeholders.Building and maintaining a backlogin collaboration with other Business Analysts.Strongly advocating ServiceNowOut of the box approach while ensuring the demand is met.Preparing and running product and POC demos, gathering feedback and defining improvement actions.Keeping up-to-date with new features and capabilitiesin ServiceNow SPM and ensuring the current designs are future-proof.Collaborating with technical teamsto ensure the ServiceNow SPM suite is configured to support business needs and objectives.Making recommendationsfor project prioritization based on strategic impact, resource capacity and financial considerations.REQUIREMENTS:6+ yearsHands-on experience in the Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner role on the Servicenow platform.Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of both/either of:Order Management(Product catalog, product configuration, ordering & orchestration… ).Strategic Portfolio Management(Project Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning, Portfolio Planning, Agile Development..)Good overall knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform.Knowledge and experience withCSDM is a plus.Experience in designingTarget Operating Models.Experience oflarge service managementtransformation projects is a plus.Knowledge ofAgile SDLCmethodologies and in particular SAFe.Experience with project management and agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePointCommon Skills:Experience in (co)leading workshops, preparing and running demos.Excellent written / oral communication skills in English.
