This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure successful platform deployment, optimization, and alignment with business goals.Responsibilities:Platform Architecture: Develop and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.Lead the design of scalable and sustainable solutions, considering performance, security, and integration requirements.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful platform implementations.Strategic Recommendations: Provide domain, architecture, and technical aspects of projects to clients.Offer strategic recommendations around technical best practices and industry trends.Solution Analysis and Estimation: Analyse and estimate the time required to design, develop, and implement technical solutions.Ensure solutions meet business requirements and align with organizational objectives.Governance and Compliance: Establish technical governance to optimize platform management.Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines.Continuous Learning: Stay informed about ServiceNow's latest features, updates, and industry trends.Participate in training, certifications, and community forums to enhance expertise.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.ServiceNow certifications (e.G., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator).Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
