Your tasks and responsibilitiesEnsure Backlogs are properly maintained by Application Managers/Service Owners and Process OwnersEnable Application Managers, Service Owners and Process Owners to maintain BacklogsDrive Adoption of Agile Methodologies within DWOrganize and moderate Scrum Ceremonies for Service and Process Teams in DWProvide Agile Trainings and Coaching for the different Service/Process Teams within DWSupport DW teams in determining resource allocations to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth project deliveryDefine, develop and maintain Reports based on Azure DevOps to track our Projects and Services progress, and support in decision makingMaintain Azure DevOps for DWEstablish aligned process to accommodate different Iteration and Release cycles on cross functional topics, eg. ServiceNow Sprints fitting to Azure DevOps SprintsEnsure that documentations are available for all Team members on agile methods applicable to themSupport Team Leads and Project Managers in project planning to minimize project impact on BAU activities and define realistic due datesRepresent DW in our Activity Management InitiativeContribute to IT Organizations Agile journey by actively participating in the Initiative and acting as a Sparring Partner for the representatives of other CoCsYou will work closely with the business analysts, project managers and other developers to understand and meet the requirements.Take feedback and decisions from AMT back to DW Teams for adoption within the TeamYour qualifications and experienceYou have at least 5-7 Years of IT work experience in software developmentYou have successfully completed a Master degreeYou have in-depth experience in the use of agile methods such as Agile / Scrum.You have very good knowledge of common IT processes (e.B. ITIL Framework) to support us as part of an IT service management organization.Your profile and skillsYour ability to lead discussions on relevant business topics in English language is the basis for efficient and eye-level communication with colleagues and partners worldwideYou are characterized by self-motivation and a high-performance standard.
