Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. This role requires extensive travel, with the technician being away from home from Monday to Friday, depending on the workload. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, good English communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Mechanical background will also be well accepted. Key Responsibilities: Field Service Technician work focuses on installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing High Voltage Products at customer field locations. Performing a variety of maintenance and technical support on installed products and equipment. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving malfunctions. Determining when products should be upgraded or replaced. May provide onsite training for customer support personnel. A Senior Para-Professional (S3) requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. May require the following proficiency: Works under limited supervision for routine situations. Provides assistance and training to lower-level employees. Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand. Qualifications: Electrical-based qualification (e.G., diploma, degree, certification in electrical engineering or a related field). Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment. Good command of the English language. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel extensively and be away from home from Monday to Friday.
