The ultimate goal is to drive a successful service that improves customer satisfaction, increases retention, and brings in opportunities.Duties and Responsibilities:Providing regular customer support, on-site and remotely, for installation, training, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on a daily basis.Responsible for providing consultations for product knowledge as well as its solutions value.Regular internal alignments with local and overseas teams such as SME, Commercial, Development, and other teams.Build and maintain good relationships and trust within the internal team as well as external customers.Provide evaluation visits, close monitoring for pilot projects, and guide customers through development stages.Become the eyes and ears for the company, providing feedback insights for any threats and opportunities to the related team.Regular reporting and analysis for support and product improvement.Provide support for internal print testing and machine checking.Support ad-hoc projects.Occasional traveling to remote locations and overseas when required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical, Electronics, IT, or related fields.Welcoming entry-level and experienced Field Service Technicians within apparel industries, label printing, heat transfers, and automated machinery.Data analysis capabilities with knowledge of Automation PLC, RFID, and IoT devices.Fluent in English, both verbal and written.Experience with diagnostic tools, applications, and software.Strong interpersonal skills with a Lean Sigma mindset.Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing work environments
