Job Overview: As a Service Technician for SANY Cranes in the Spain, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise, maintenance, and repair services for our range of advanced cranes.
Your role will involve on-site diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
This position requires hands-on technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various crane models, ensuring compliance with SANY's quality standards.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
On-Site Support: Travel to customer sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Provide emergency repair services when needed.
Customer Service: Serve as a technical advisor for customers, offering guidance on the operation, maintenance, and optimization of their equipment.
Ensure effective communication and relationship-building with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs performed.
Generate service reports for both internal and customer use.
Collaboration: Work closely with the SANY technical team to address complex issues and recommend improvements.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest products and technologies.
Qualifications: Education: Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing and repairing heavy equipment, preferably cranes or similar machinery.
Skills: Proficiency in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with crane control systems is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Other Requirements: Work in Madrid.
Willingness to travel frequently within Spain.
Valid driver's license.
Proficient in English and Spanish.
