This Service Sales Specialist has the task of delivering the Service Legal Agreement (SLA), upgrades applications, spare parts package in service portfolio to ABB customers within the AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) business, helping to drive sales volumes and margins across the Service product portfolio and regularly updating the database with changes made on-site.
Reporting to Service Sales Manager, in this role you will play a crucial role in implementing the service sales strategy, with a focus on penetrating installed base and promoting various upgrade, retrofit and value-added solutions.

Your responsibilitiesUtilizing the database to grasp the existing installed base and identifying and developing sales opportunities. Establishing long-term customer relationships based in a customer focus strategy and align customer needs with current service portfolio.Communicating contract details in accordance with ABB offerings and strategy, and managing associated administrative sales processes.Preparing and reviewing sales plans and proposing recovery actions when needed. Actively promoting ABB's service products and solutions in marketing activities (e.g. trade fairs and customer meetings) while monitoring trends to develop effective marketing activities.Reports leads/opportunities, manages, and updates pipeline in CRM.Your backgroundInterested to develop a career in Sales department. Sound knowledge of service sales in service department and the automotive marketKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point…).The ability to develop and manage customer relationships.A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.Willingness to travel 60% by managing collaboration with customer onsite and online. Technical training: vocational school training in electrical, electronics, etc. (FPGS), or engineering degree.Language skills required: Spanish native and high level of English.
