As a SRE for our team, you will be a key player in delivering real impact in digitizing the travel experience of numerous clients. You will design, implement, and continuously improve our operations setup to make sure our customers always have a great experience.
What you will do: Implement and improve the monitoring to get a holistic view of system health. Support your team in writing useful logs that integrate well into the logging system. Set up sensible and smart alerts that detect symptoms before outages occur. Work with your team on solving production issues, turning the solutions into repeatable actions, and then into automation. Support your team with improving the operational processes such as deployment and upgrade automation. Work with your team to continuously increase the availability and resilience of the services. Work in an international environment with a highly diverse team. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as an SRE or in Operations. Experience with logging and monitoring systems like the ELK stack or Elastic Cloud. Experience in different coding or scripting languages such as Python, Shell, Java, or .Net. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Containerization (e.g., Azure AKS, Kubernetes). Experience with API-based architectures. Knowledge of common processes of agile software development. Deep understanding of different stakeholders' needs and the ability to provide and communicate different technical solutions. Ability to make important decisions with high impact in a short period of time. Very good command of the English language.
