YOUR TASKS: Develop, implement, update and control the application of global quality standards to ensure best deliverable to our Customers.Set up, put in place, deploy, update, and supervise the application of all processes, instructions, RACI matrix, etc., needed in Global Service to ensure the best possible Quality to our Customers.The definition of these processes will be in coordination and fully aligned with Business Excellence department.Set up, put in place, deploy, and supervise the use of all KPIs (Key Process Indicators) to measure the Quality of the delivery to our customers.aligned with Business Excellence.Be the referent person for all Global Service Quality digitalization topics, aligned with Digitalization department.Supervise periodically the application of the Quality improvements into the Service organization worldwide with existing tools.Capture weak-signal or recurrent local issues, as well as relevant claims, to kick off the deviation management process along with Global SQA, aligned with Service Engineering.Supervise Customers' claims received globally, and actions put in place to solve them.Ensure Global Service Quality system it used by all local Nordex entities with the use of audits programs, campaigns, etc.YOUR PROFILE: Engineer or similar.Master's in mechanical or electrical engineering, Industrial engineering or similar degrees.Familiar with statistical analysis.Knowledge of ISO standards, Management System or Certification process will be plus.At least from 5 to 10 years of experience in the industry, if possible, wind industry, if not automotive or aviation.Mandatory at least 5 years in similar position or quality assurance position.Experience with Quality methods: p-FMEA, Risk Assessment, CTQ tree, 8Ds analysis, etc.English / Mandatory fluent.Spanish / Mandatory Fluent.German, Portugues, and/or French would be a plus.Negotiation and project management skills will be a plus.Team player, emphatic, sensitive to intercultural differences, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, consensual and solution focused.Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.All employment decisions are made without regard to religion, age, sex, color, national origin, handicap, or other protected class and in full compliance with all federal and state laws.
