Senior Team Lead - Ecommerce And Content Optimization

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or related field.
• Experienced with different online marketplaces such as Amazon, Home Depot, Bed Bath, eBay, Wayfair, Walmart, and Target.
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including product catalog development, SEO, UX, and product information management.
• Exceptional skills in using databases, PIM Software, and Vendor Management Systems such as MS Excel, PIMWorks, Syndigo, Slack, and Basecamp.
• Working knowledge of basic Adobe Photoshop.
• Comfortable handling and working with different campaigns.
• Ability to act as a brand advocate by sharing positive experiences on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be amenable to work during US business hours.Compensation: Php 45k max with attendance incentives after 6 months along with other headcount incentives.
