Service Project Manager

Description General Information: For our BU Grid Automation in Madrid, we are looking for a Service Project Manager for Battery Energy Storage System.
Your Responsibilities: Manage warranty and SLA from PAC /FAC to the End.
Be responsible of financial results of the project.
Manage project risks.
Leading Handover together with Lead Engineering assuring the complete handover package transferal.
Coordinate cross-functional resources (Service Engineers, R&D, Engineering) Coordinate suppliers for supporting activities (finding resolution path, deliver components) Act as main contact point for customer .
Manage weekly call for cases status progress .
Tracking status update of cases .
Be responsible for LL sharing with the organization .
Collaborate with the service engineeringteam to finalize and manage spare parts stock and time schedules for the planned maintenance s .
Ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies Your Background: Preferred 3- 5 years of work experience in equipment installation, coordinating activities with customer s, suppliers and assigned team ; Knowledge of Office365 (Excel, SAP, Microsoft Project ); Good knowledge English language.
