JOB DESCRIPTION We are a health supplement company based in Singapore that primarily operates online but is expanding offline as well.
Coordinating with clients and suppliers for inventory movement. Handling and creating warehouse documents. Purchase order, invoice, and marketplace order processing. Updating inventory system. Providing customer support to customers interested in learning more about our supplements. Liaising with Customer/Agents/Vendors for loading/delivery/collection to/from vessels. Arranging Airfreight/Sea freight clearance and cargo inbound. Familiarity with eCommerce Platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify is a bonus. Managing regulatory product compliance and product registration requirements of health supplements with supporting materials (studies/reports/clinical data, etc.). KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Average Customer Satisfaction Rating. Loss Days & Unsold Inventory. Growing Reseller Accounts. Health Supplements Products Registration.
