JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a health supplement company based in Singapore that primarily operates online but is expanding offline as well.
Coordinating with clients and suppliers for inventory movement.
Handling and creating warehouse documents.
Purchase order, invoice, and marketplace order processing.
Updating inventory system.
Providing customer support to customers interested in learning more about our supplements.
Liaising with Customer/Agents/Vendors for loading/delivery/collection to/from vessels.
Arranging Airfreight/Sea freight clearance and cargo inbound.
Familiarity with eCommerce Platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify is a bonus.
Managing regulatory product compliance and product registration requirements of health supplements with supporting materials (studies/reports/clinical data, etc.).

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Degree Holder (Pharmacist Study).
Real hands-on experience with a track record is more important than academic qualifications.

Half Day on Saturday or Sunday (with 15-30 min night shift).

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:
13th month salary.
