The main objective of this role is to execute contracts of various types, ensuring they are completed on time and in accordance with the agreed-upon terms, all while seeking customer satisfaction to achieve the committed revenue target set by the organization.Simultaneously, the individual should work on developing and improving their area of responsibility, aiming for growth through efficiency in collaboration with other key areas of the organization.Additionally, they must ensure quality, safety, and hygiene in all operations.Main responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute contracted services, ensuring the delivery of quality services within the agreed terms and timelines.Prioritize and maintain a strong focus on labor safety and hygiene standards throughout all operations.Control and manage the budget allocated to each project, promptly escalating any deviations and proposing improvement measures.Arrange and allocate necessary resources, both internal and external, such as materials, personnel, and tools, to support the successful completion of projects.Manage and lead the team, assigning tasks and responsibilities related to operational activities.Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and commitment to the brand, actively seeking opportunities for improvement.Demonstrate availability to attend to client needs in both Iberia and international regions, adapting to changing situations and unforeseen emergencies.Collaborate with the sales department to develop commercial proposals and provide support as needed.Contribute to the design and implementation of the services' business plan, actively driving its growth.Participate in the development of the company's global strategic projects.
