Service Operations Controller (M/F/D)

Your TasksPrepare, manage, control, and analyze the Profit and Loss statement of the Service business; specifically managing the countries of Spain, South Africa, Australia, and India.Work together with different stakeholders in the countries to run the Budget and Forecast process.Generate reporting to management.Develop KPIs for monitoring the performance of different contracts.Support the organization in achieving internal goals.Evaluate and manage risks and opportunities of the business.Drive initiatives for improving P&L performance.Your ProfileUniversity studies – master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or industrial engineering.High level of MS Office, SAP, JDE Edwards, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.Five years of experience as a controller in a multinational company, including management reporting (wind sector is a plus).High level of written and spoken English (C1).Experience and ability in public speaking and presenting to large audiences.Flexible and able to adapt daily activities according to the necessities of the company.Proactive person with initiative when facing issues and anticipating them.Responsible and organized person who takes ownership of assigned tasks.High sense of teamwork.Positive mindset.Self-sufficient.Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
