Are you ready to join us?Qualifications:Your mission:Lead the network connectivity ordering and tracking with support of delivery teams.Manage relationships with vendors (internal and external) to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).Manage contract renewals, modifications, or terminations.Support the infrastructure delivery team for the evaluation of implementation of new vendors/contracts based on business requirements, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.Ensure supply chain management for deployment and maintenance of the infrastructure: Logistics, Contracts (Airport / Premises, Vendors, Manufacturers, etc).Lead collaborative initiatives with Delivery, Procurement & Finance teams to streamline processes related to infrastructure and vendor management.Develop and manage the department's budget and cost center activities (PO & invoice validation, reporting, financial dashboard).Evolve, maintain and improve processes and tools for the entire lifecycle of assets and contracts.Maintain an accurate centralized inventory of all assets, site premises, IT equipment and licensing and conduct regular audits and physical verifications to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the asset inventory.Analyze spending trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to control expenses without compromising quality.Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.Develop accurate and timely communication with the other key stakeholders in the Customer Service & Operations, Engineering and Technology, Product organizations and the SFA Leadership Team when required.Do you recognize yourself?Drive & Problem Solver: You're ambitious, you work hard because you love it, you own things and get them done.Analytical Mind: You challenge your assumptions, able to quickly identify and formulate problems, and support your analysis with data.Growth over Ego: You are eager to learn and receive hard feedback to grow.

(Victory and Failure are We words).Effective Communicator: at all levels - technical resources, providers, customers, senior management.Calm & Structured: while working in a dynamic environment.Keen to improve status quo: able to detect trends for improvement and drive change.Your experience:5+ years' experience in Network & Telecom Operations management, Vendor management, or related field.Strong experience leading/coordinating solution delivery, financial, vendor management and/or technology portfolio management implementing service delivery metrics and reporting.Familiarity with telecom expense management, billing processes, and cost optimization.Formal project management training/certification/experience desired.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership and team management abilities.Strong experience in network deployment; experience in cellular network deployments is a plus.Knowledge of network protocols and hardware, RF/VHF communications & technologies is an asset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
