Responsible for managing, supervising, and supporting a team of technicians, ensuring that the team is working efficiently and effectively to perform their daily tasks and to meet the company goals and objectives.People Management of your team of techniciansResponsible for coaching, following up, and ensuring that the team is always adhering to the health and safety guidelines.Responsible for service technicians' development, ensuring that skills and capabilities are in line with the needs of the assigned territory, designing their training plan (together with HR and technical support), and verifying the efficiency of the training in the field.Develop a strong relationship with customers by supporting the different process management areas and the internal partners.Control and follow up on activities: cost & labor execution, KPIs such as productive hours, utilization efficiency, travel ratio, indirect costs, WIP, complex technical problems, attend technicians in the field, and ensure tools and service cars are in good condition.Customer service: visit customers' premises for complex issues, support the CTS sales team & equipment sales force as a consultant, report on special interventions, and report failures in breakdown of contracts.We offerPermanent contractFlexible working hours and one remote working dayIntensive working hours in summer with 2 days of remote workingPension plan (two years after joining the company)Company carLife insuranceFlexible remuneration (health insurance and childcare vouchers)Free access to our learning platform (internal courses, English courses, and all LinkedIn Learning training)Discounts with training organizations for employees and their familiesAccess to all Group vacancies in our Internal Job MarketChristmas gifts for employees (basket, gift vouchers for children, etc.)We will need from you some experienceExperience in a similar roleExperience in managing teamsAnd some knowledge and personality requirementsEngineering/technical degree or similar experience in the compressor areaTechnical knowledge of compressor technique will be valuableKnowledge of Spanish (native) and English (desirable at least, B1 level)A positive and dedicated person, with the ability to communicate with influence, plan, and solve problems, always looking for customer satisfactionPassionate about learning and inspiring others to learnThe candidate will be able to travel 50% of the timeThe position will be located in ValenciaDiverse by nature and inclusive by choice#J-18808-Ljbffr
