Service Manager (C355)

We are a digital-driven global aftermarket service company for branded customers, supporting services in more than 70 countries, including more than 5,000 service points.
TASKS:Responsible for the daily operation and communication of service providers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and deal with abnormal cases.Responsible for communicating with service providers to implement stocktaking, clarify discrepancies, and perform inventory adjustments.Check Work Order (WO) data among 3 systems to ensure all WO data aligns.Organize and schedule daily or weekly meetings with customers, collect feedback, and resolve customer complaints.Check the monthly bill with the service provider and follow up on payments to be processed within the payment term.Arrange defective parts return, good parts call back, and solve abnormal Sales Orders (SO).Responsible for department KPIs.Able to provide suggestions to improve work processes and customer satisfaction.Finish tasks properly as assigned by the team leader.REQUIREMENTS:Good communication skills; out-of-the-box thinking; logical thinking ability; can-do attitude; ability to work independently.Patience and attention to detail are extremely important.Over 1 year of working experience in customer after-sales area.Proficient in English at least at C1 level; fluency in Chinese is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office, good at Excel, and familiar with query or Power BI is preferred.Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €1,550.00 - €1,900.00 per month
