Includes trainers and coordinators whose main task is to deliver the training content or make logistical arrangements for training programs. Broadening knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills. Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. Have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.Required QualificationsA diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electromechanics or Biomedical Engineering Technology, or solid experience as a Field Service Engineer. Good technical skills with a systematic and thorough approach to problem solving. The ability to plan and organize your work effectively, and to work with minimal direction. Excellent interpersonal, listening and customer service skills - you can deal with differences of opinion tactfully and effectively, and you influence rather than direct. Good knowledge of English language to properly play the information, successfully attend training courses and allow fluent communication in this language.Desired CharacteristicsThe ability to manage other people and resources.
