You will make an impact in the following way: You will execute service projects and provide customer feedback to the sales team and the business unit You will support proof-of-concepts, factory, and site acceptance tests to customers offsite and onsite Drive to resolution complex technical challenges with customer installations and follow up regularly Hold technology workshops and give trainings for the customers in our Customer Innovation Center Support solution consultants in the development of technical solutions to meet customer requirements Execute service projects and provide customer feedback to the sales team and the business unit What you will bring: Education – Engineering graduate in Information Technology or Process Automation Experience – At least 5 years in customer service for industrial technologies or IT Technical expertise – Industrial Ethernet and technologies like ICS, IO-Link, and Wireless, ability to diagnose complex network architecture and provide ad-hoc solutions Personality – You exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in customer interactions, while also demonstrating analytical prowess within a metric-driven environment, adept at translating complex technical information into understandable language for non-technical individuals, responsive to inquiries, challenges, and capable of independent knowledge acquisition Willingness to travel – Around 30-40 % of time, most times domestically but some international travel required Language proficiency – Fluency in English and, preferably, Spanish (written and spoken) Let's Write the Next 100 Years Together.
