Service EngineerTetra Pak Hellas S.A. is seeking an open-minded, highly motivated person to reinforce their Field Service Operations team. We are looking for a Field Service Engineer. This position requires about 85-95% of the working time on customer sites or traveling. Our new colleague will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical services and support to our customers, ensuring that all issues are dealt with in the most effective and satisfactory way.
This is an excellent opportunity to increase your knowledge and gain experience in the mechanics, electronics, and automation fields by performing services on our clients' sites. This position is based in Sevilla, Spain.
What you will doAs a Service Engineer, you will:
Perform installations of filling lines - prepare customer site, set up the machine, build conveyors, and provide support during the installation.Plan, coordinate, and execute the planned preventive maintenance activities to a high standard and in line with agreed procedures.Ensure effective and reliable operation of Tetra Pak line equipment and reinstate the equipment into the production environment.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical malfunctions and breakdowns.Conduct basic root cause analysis of the problem to ensure rapid resolution and/or escalation to appropriate colleagues.Reduce customers' operational costs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing high-quality services.Support product creation and life-cycle management.Handle simple claims and provide technical support and guidance to escalated claims according to the claims processes, including root cause analysis.Maintain accurate service reporting and report facts & figures/escalate through the software tools Tetra Pak provides.Work in accordance with all safety regulations and requirements, understanding the importance of product quality and ensuring a safe working culture in the team.Who you areWe believe you have:
