The position is remote based in Poland or Spain.What you will do :Handling of day-to-day issues that come up during our customer's daily use of the different Interoperability service offerings.Management of customer and internal support incidents by means of QAD's ticketing system.Programming fixes/enhancements for existing functionality to extend QAD's standard features using Progress 4GL and non-intrusive customization tools.Strong knowledge of QAD Automation Solution and serialization - Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience in QAD DC Transactions like (Inbound, Outbound, Production, and Inventory).Knowledge of QAD on Data Collection, Label Printing Services, Serialization (SAQ 2.7.1 External/Internal serial, FIFO logic), and Data Warehousing modules.Working either with the internal Service Delivery team, other QAD teams or external service providers in the resolution of reported incidents.Good customer engagement, good in direct communication with the Customers.Perform initial triage, duplicate and analyze customer-reported issues.Work closely with other QAD teams and collaborate on the reported issue.Verbal and Written communication skills.Continuous monitoring of the incoming issues.Mentoring junior team members.Continuously enhancing skills and acquiring related training.Qualifications :Bachelor's or master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.Experience on Automation Solution and serialization.Minimum of 1-2 years of QAD related experience, or 3-4 years on Progress 4GL/OpenEdge, preferable.Familiar with Unix/Linux. Knowledge of relational databases. Knowledge of client/server architecture.Intermediate programming skills in any language.Understanding of QAD or other ERP systems. Progress 4GL programming.
