Your role in the team As a Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager, you will serve as the primary operational contact for customers, overseeing service delivery processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Your responsibilities Serve as the operational focal point for all project-related issues, acting as the primary contact for customers.
Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes and outcomes to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
Identify, recognize, and optimize processes/services, initiating necessary steps for improvement.
Manage customer expectations throughout project transitions and ensure a seamless transition into Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges and enhance service delivery.
Prepare regular reports on service performance metrics and customer feedback.
Provide guidance and support to customers throughout their engagement with the service.
What we expect from you Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.
Proactive approach to identifying operational issues and developing solutions to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ability to understand and address customer needs, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
German and/or Spanish would be a strong plus.
