Which tasks can you expect?
Operational Management: Handle day-to-day issues at the operational level, ensuring the quality of delivery processes and routines.
· Customer Meetings: Lead customer meetings, applying governance models with monthly and quarterly reviews.
· SLA and Invoicing Oversight: Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and oversee invoicing processes.
· Customer Relationships: Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, promoting our products and services according to their needs.
· Escalation Point: Act as the primary escalation contact for customers, resolving issues and handling complaints effectively.
· Process Improvement: Drive improvement activities, working closely with customers and internal teams to refine our services.
· Service Development: Stay updated on product and service developments to continuously improve customer engagement.
What do you have to offer?
· Great Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
· Experienced in a similar role in SAP environment 3-4 years Consulting: You have experience working in customer-oriented consulting roles.
· Service Management Savvy: Familiar with service management processes and governance.
· HR/Payroll Knowledge: Experience in HR, payroll, or SaaS is a plus.
· Customer-Focused: Known for your active, customer-oriented attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
· Solution-Driven: Commercially and solution-driven, with a knack for developing our business alongside customers.
· Fluent English: Excellent written and spoken language skills in both are essential.
