This position reports to the Service Team Leader.
Your Role and Responsibilities ABB is heavily investing in the field of Robotics, particularly in Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs).
You will be part of the team working in one of the fastest growing and most highly sought after sectors in the industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a key part of the System Service team in Robotics AMR in Burgos, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
System Service is one of the highest value addition verticals in our business – it allows our existing customers to modify or upgrade their existing ABB AMR solutions to meet their latest requirements.
You will be responsible for the development of the ABB team, processes, and customer deliverables, with the aim of achieving target customer satisfaction levels and meeting other business targets.
You will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done on-site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customers' guidelines.
You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations.
The work model for the role is hybrid.
Main Responsibilities Assessing gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus, and working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate identified issues.
Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Maintaining and monitoring competency and certification database.
Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure System Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.
Coordination of System Service sales and execution activities.
Qualifications for the Role You are knowledgeable and highly skilled in industrial IT solutions and the industrial automation market.
IT skills and experience in a non-industrial setting will also fit well for this role.
You should possess: 3 years of experience in leading teams – either formally or informally (such as project teams).
Enhanced knowledge of programming languages & architectures: .NET, web skills (TypeScript, CSS, HTML, Node.js), Rabbit-MQTT, SQL, and Angular.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a similar field.
Fluency in Spanish and English; other European languages are valued.
A current car driver's license valid in Spain and permission to live and work in Spain.
