This position reports to Service Team Leader .Your role and responsibilitiesABB is heavily investing in the field of Robotics, and AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) in particular. You will form part of the team working in one of the fastest growing and most highly sought after sectors in Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a key part of the System Service team in Robotics AMR in Burgos, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.System Service is one of the highest value addition verticals in our business – it allows our existing customers to modify or upgrade their existing ABB AMR solutions to meet their latest requirements. You will be responsible for the development of the ABB team, processes, and customer deliverables, aiming to achieve target customer satisfaction levels and meet other business targets. You will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience. The work model for the role is: hybrid. #LI-hybrid.This role is contributing to the Robotics AMR team based in Burgos, Spain. Main external stakeholders are existing customers currently using the ABB AMR portfolio of solutions – mainly located in Spain, Europe, and the Americas. The internal stakeholders and speaking partners are other ABB Robotics units in Europe and the Americas, as well as the AMR Service and AMR Product Development teams in Burgos.You will be mainly accountable for:Assessing gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified.Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.Maintaining and monitoring competency and certification database.Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure System Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.Coordination of System Service sales and execution activities.Qualifications for the roleYou are knowledgeable and highly skilled in industrial IT solutions and the industrial automation market. IT skills and experience in a non-industrial setting will also have a good fit for this role.You have 3 years of experience in leading teams – either formally or informally (such as project teams). You possess an enhanced knowledge of the programming languages & architectures: .Net, web skills (typescript, css, html, node.Js), Rabbit-Mqtt, SQL, and Angular. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT or similar is required. You are at ease communicating in Spanish and English
