You will form part of the team working in one of the fastest growing and most highly sought after sectors in Industry.In this role, you will be responsible for leading a key part of the System Service team in Robotics AMR in Burgos, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
System Service is one of the highest value addition verticals in our business – it allows our existing customers to modify or upgrade their existing ABB AMR solutions to meet their latest requirements.You will be responsible for the development of the ABB team, processes, and customer deliverables, with an aim to achieve target customer satisfaction levels and meet other business targets.
You will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at the site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines.
You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations.
The work model for the role is hybrid.Main ResponsibilitiesAssessing gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified.Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.Maintaining and monitoring competency and certification database.Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure System Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.Coordination of System Service sales and execution activities.Qualifications for the RoleYou are knowledgeable and highly skilled in industrial IT solutions and the industrial automation market.
IT skills and experience in a non-industrial setting will also have a good fit for this role.You have 3 years of experience in leading teams – either formally or informally (such as project teams).Possess enhanced knowledge of programming languages architectures: .Net, web skills (typescript, css, html, node.Js), Rabbit-Mqtt, SQL, and Angular.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT or similar.
