Service Admin Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: REPORTS MANAGEMENT In charge of submission of the following reports:

Service Production Report to MMPC and Fuso Monthly Service Production Weekly Service Mancom MONITORING AND DOCUMENTATION Gemba Kaizen MMPC Monitoring BRP Salvage Parts document monitoring Tools and equipment monitoring/maintenance Sending of Insurance Advance Filling Monitors satisfaction of repair form Salvage parts preparation Collecting of requirements for Insurance Sales and Parts Invoice encoding Release of claims to client Ensure that the Vehicle Status Tag is still intact and clearly displayed at the windshield prior to final endorsement to car washers Organize all tools and equipment used after every service work/ repair done on assigned work bay Clean work bay area in preparation for the next service vehicle to be endorsed OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Perform other official duties as assigned by the Service Manager and by the Senior Managers of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12,500.00 - Php13,500.00 per month
