Your main missions will of course be to sell, welcome and advise, but also to shape custom-made gelato roses with a spatula for our clients and contribute to their loyalty.On a daily basis, the gelato artist must:Welcome, guide, and advise customersKnow all products and recipes perfectlyTake orders and upsell Amorino productsProvide quality service as a Gelato ArtistPrepare all orders as per request adhering to Amorino guidelinesOpen, close, and keep the smooth running of store operationsEnsure the proper receipt of product deliveriesConduct inventory and restockPROFILESkills:Sales and upselling techniquesTeamworkVersatilityMultitaskingBusiness senseConditionsThe opening hours of our stores may vary depending on the location, but a wide range of hours is often practiced (7 days a week, from 10 am to 1:30 am).
