Could you be the full-time Serial Production Coordinator in Barcelona we're looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your production planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll participate in the definition of material delivery points. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production, material planning). You will participate in the definition of the logistic specifications to improve the conditions of delivery of the material to production and much more.
You'll specifically take care of launching, coordinating and controlling the progress of Work orders / Service orders according to the Master Production / Repairs schedule , but also analysing material coverage and managing manufacturing orders.
We'll look to you for:
Production progress follow-up
Request for manufacturing orders according to production plan
Ensure the correct preparation of material in warehouse
Tracking the situation of material failures and expected delivery dates
Ensure urgent delivery to production of missing materials
Management of requests for additional material
Stock control
Control of actual consumption
Verify the correct introduction and implementation of product modifications
Resolution of incidents in the delivery of material to production
