This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a proven track record of developing successful SEO strategies, and the ability to execute those strategies effectively.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic. Analyze and interpret SEO performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve business objectives. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Technical SEO: Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting search engine visibility. Optimize website architecture, URL structures, and site speed for improved crawlability and indexability. Content Strategy: Oversee the development and execution of a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals. Ensure content is optimized for target keywords and provides value to the audience. Utilize data and analytics to guide content creation and strategy adjustments. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Provide regular reports on SEO performance. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. Minimum of 7 years of experience in SEO, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Competitive compensation package in line with job responsibilities and experience.
